Our open concept studio apartment features a queen bed (sleeps 2), full bath, full kitchen (includes cookware essentials) , futon sofa (large & comfortable, sleeps 2), work space, living room w/TV, dining area, washer/dryer and a fenced in private backyard. Free parking for 2 vehicles right in front of your studio. This is not an add-on studio and is part of a single level group of 4 studios available in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is centrally located with great access to all major venues. <10 minutes from FLL Airport, Cruise Ports & Downtown Fort Lauderdale. <15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale/Dania/Hollywood Beaches, Hard Rock Stadium & Hard Rock Casino. Easy access to highways 95/595/US1/AIA & the FL Turnpike. Many of our guests enjoy staying with us to be off the beaten path but easily head south to visit Miami and the Florida keys during they stay. We take pride in providing a great experience & service for our guests with clean and comfortable stays. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean any used dishes/utencils/cookware -Take out all trash and place in the trash bin out front.
Ensure all linens and items provided are present and accounted for as guests will be responsible to pay for replacement of each miasing item. -Turn off all lights and appliances
After that, All you will have to do is close and lock the doors when you leave. & send us a message that you have completed checkout. We will inspect and clean the studio after you checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are expected to take care and be responsible during their stay. This includes being respectful to other guests.
Guest are to take care of inventory and not damage or remove items in the studio.
