Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für große Gruppen

Das große Haus für bis zu 13 Personen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat immer genug Geschirr und Utensilien während eine der beiden Spülmaschinen läuft. Von innen und außen sieht es aus wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen

Prima huis

Ruim huis met fijne woonkamer, grote eettafel. Prima bedden en slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. Keuken ruim met 2 koelkasten en vaatwassers. De slecht werkende tv met ziggo abonnement en erg slechte WiFi zijn wel tegenvaller. Filmpje kijken of muziek afspelen via spotify was niet mogelijk. Verder een fijn huis

Schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Man schaut direkt ins Grüne auf eine Wiese. Im Sommer kann man sehr schön die Terrasse nutzen. Beim Frühstück kann man sich den Sonnenaufgang anschauen. Leider wurde das Haus vorher nicht ordentlich gereinigt, sodass wir noch selber Hand anlegen mussten. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Der große Esstisch ludt zum ausgiebigen Essen und zu geselligen Abenden ein. Die Bäder sind neu und in einem guten Zustand, sowie sehr geräumig. Aufgrund des Belüftungskonzeptes konnte man die Fenster im Bad und im Schlafzimmer im EG nicht weit öffnen sondern nur ankippen. Das Parken vor dem Haus ist für zwei Autos ideal. Der Strand ist in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der lange Strand ist traumhaft schön und lädt zu langen Strandaufenthalten ein. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Super Haus auch für viele Leute, schön eingerichtet, in 5 Min mit Rad am wunderbaren Strand, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Ein Stern Abzug, da nicht gut geputzt.

5 Tage die perfekt waren! Wir hatten mit 5 Personen Platz ohne Ende. Super schicke Einrichtung Es ist alles da was man braucht! Wie schon in einer Bewertung zuvor angeschnitten wäre ein Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse zur Straße und zum Nachbarhaus super! Perfektes Ferienhaus für 2-3 Familien oder max.10 Pers. Spaziergang zum Strand ca.15 Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Ein tolles Haus für Familien

Wir waren mit 4 Babys und 8 Erwachsenen in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten Haus! Es war tip top sauber und sehr gepflegt!!! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Haushalt so braucht! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, auch wenn die 500m zum Strand wohl eher Fluglinie sind. Das macht aber nichts, denn der wunderschöne Strand ist wirklich schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen!

Gute Atmosphäre

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für größere Familien mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Offenes, großzügiges Wohnen mit kleinem Garten und ruhiger Umgebung. Zum Gehweg vor dem Haus wäre ein wenig Sichtschutz schön. Der Strand ist in Fußnähe.Wir werden wiederkommen.

Last Minute Urlaub

Wir hatten eigentlich einen 3-wöchigen Urlaub in der Toskana,Italien gebucht, fanden aber leider eine solche Bruchbude vor, so das wir uns kurzerhand umentschlossen haben und mit 3 Familien und Kindern kurzfristig den Sandepark 25 gebucht haben. Ein völliger Glücksgriff. Alle waren vollkommen begeistert.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Urlaubs-Domizil!!!

Das perfekte Ferienhaus für uns 10!

Gute Lage in einem sehr ruhigen Ferienpark! Wir hatten noch nie ein so wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit einem solch tollen Ambiente. Durch die gute Heizung war es auch beim österlichen Schneefall angenehm warm! Alles einfach perfekt! Durch die Grosszügigkeit des Hauses (z.B. 3 Toiletten) durchaus entspannt mit so vielen Personen zu bewohnen!
