It was newly built in 2021 and, with 120 m² of living space on the ground floor, can accommodate 12 people.

The modernly furnished house features a spacious living room on the ground floor with a beautiful, handcrafted open kitchen; this kitchen is fully equipped. A large dining table, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartments, 2 combination ovens, and plenty of dishes.

The house is wheelchair-accessible, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor of the house are the 4 additional bedrooms and a third bathroom with a double sink, bathtub, and shower. One bedroom has its own sink. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

The spacious garden features a lovely seating area facing southwest.

The house is energy-neutral and has a charging station for your electric car.
