Please turn off all lights, appliances, & other electronic devices when you depart. Please ensure all windows and exterior doors are closed and locked upon your departure.
Please check closets, drawers and around beds for any personal items/effects. Please ensure all TV & ceiling fan remotes are left visible in each of the bedrooms and the main living area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties, events and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal from property.
Smoking, vaping, and pets are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in cancellation without refund and additional fees.

Close to the hospital where we needed to be. Host was extremely responsive to all communication. Even though it was right off a major road it was quiet at night. Enjoyed our stay and met all of our needs.
