Guests enjoy a clean bathroom with a refreshing shower and handy hair dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. An iron is also available to keep your clothes looking sharp. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this beautiful space offers everything you need to relax and recharge.
Our place will help you feel safe and at home while you're traveling in Brooklyn. This apartment is in front of the B8 bus stop that will take you to the #5 train at Newkirk Station to Manhattan or in the opposite direction few blocks away to Brooklyn Performing Arts Center at Brooklyn College. Or take the B17 bus to the Utica Ave train station into the city of Manhattan.

Avoid Excessive utility bills by turning off Air Conditioner and lights when not in use or when leaving the apartment.
Monthly guests will be required to pay for electricity usage from their security deposit.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING OR ILLEGAL DRUG USE IN THE APARTMENT.
Front yard outside seating is provided for additional relaxation.
Do not pour unwanted cooking grease down our drains to cause clogging. A cop is provided for unwanted grease, which is to be poured In the outside yard black 🗑 garbage bin..
