Villa de Bonaire, Alcudia, large garden + pool, close to the beach, WiFi, for 8 people

This assessment is incomprehensible and largely incorrect. For example, the pool is not continuously deep but slopes down at an angle. It has steps at the entrance and is far less deep at the front than at the back, which is the deepest part of the pool at around 1.80 metres. There is also no dispenser at all for the usual pool tablets, neither whole nor broken, but these are always in the deepest part of the pool and are absolutely harmless. Apart from that, you can normally tell your children that they should just leave the tablets lying around when diving. The cleanliness of the house has never been criticised by our guests and these guests have not told our manager that it was not clean. If they had done so, then of course it would have been cleaned immediately if it had not been thoroughly cleaned on arrival. As for the air conditioning: this villa is not advertised as having air conditioning. Houses with air conditioning are labelled as such and cost a lot more to rent, especially in high season. However, the villa has shutters on most of the windows to provide shade and we also provide our guests with multi-speed fans to keep them cool in the summer. The villa is also divided exactly as described in the text and can be seen in the photos. It consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and the kitchen and is connected via the large terrace, which has an outdoor kitchen, to an annex, which has a separate entrance, a living room and a bedroom as well as a bathroom and WC, a balcony and a roof top terrace. We always recommend our guests to rent cars, which can be parked on the property or on the street free of charge. However, the nearest shops, restaurants at the harbour and beaches are of course also within easy walking distance. Our car, which is parked at the edge of the property and does not obstruct anyone, is currently covered again with a new cover. However, the car will soon be removed from the property

Wir nehmen Kritik unserer Gäste sehr ernst, können diese aber in dem Fall nicht unkommentiert lassen. Das Verhalten der Gäste war von Anfang an sehr fordernd. Einem früheren Check-in sind wir schon am Anfang gerne nachgekommen. Der Hausbetreuer muss das Grundstück zur Poolpflege betreten. Dies macht er nur in Abstimmung mit den Gästen. Dabei betritt er selbstverständlich das Grundstück, aber nicht das Gebäude. Diese Behauptung ist daher falsch. Mallorca hat eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, so dass ein daraus potenzieller Geruch für empfindliche Menschen entstehen kann. Beschwerden gab es bisher keine. Wir haben, insbesondere was Sauberkeit anbetrifft, nur positive Rückmeldungen. Unsere deutsche Reinigungskraft betreut das Haus schon lange und ist überaus sorgfältig. Die Büsche im Vorgarten können und dürfen nur im Frühjahr und Herbst geschnitten werden. Das führt zu einem natürlich grünen Vorgarten, was bisher auch niemand negativ empfunden hat. Die Haltung, der Verwalter müsse den Müll der Gäste wegbringen, was im Hotel selbstverständlich ist, aber nicht in einem Ferienhaus, ist für unverständlich, da in unseren Informationen zu Aufenthalt und Abreise ganz klar kommuniziert wird, dass vor der Abreise u. a. der Abfall zu entsorgen ist. Schade, dass sich die Gäste nicht während des Aufenthaltes bei uns gemeldet haben. Vieles lässt sich regeln und klären, wenn man miteinander spricht.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt in unserem Haus in Bon Aire bei Alcudia gut gefallen hat. Das Haus liegt - wie beschrieben - in der Mitte von Bon Aire am Hang. Sowohl die Geschäfte am Hafen als auch die Restaurants und Badebuchten lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch empfehlenswert, wenn man größere Einkäufe erledigen oder Mallorca erkunden will. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse bietet 6 Personen im überdachten Bereich an der Außenküche bequem Platz (mit Verlängerung des Tisches auf beiden Seiten sogar 8 Personen) und bislang hat es noch jeder geschafft, problemlos am Tisch vorbeizukommen - "notfalls" indem die anderen ein bisschen vorrücken oder indem man einfach zwei Schritte weiter rechts in Richtung des großen Gartens am Tisch vorbei geht ...
