Nicht mal zwei Wassergläser im Schrank.Bad Spinnweben und die Dusche unmöglich. Ansonsten ok.Rügen ist eine Reise wert.

Soweit ganz gut

Prima, die Dusche sollte mal repariert werden. Die Baustelle (bis 2026) vor dem Fenster war bekannt. Das kein Parkplatz zum Appartment dazu gehört sollte im Inserat erwähnt werden !! Küche war sehr dürftig ausgestattet, Sanitär Armaturen sollten alle mal überprüft werden, außerdem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wer keinen großen Luxus erwartet, ist hier prima aufgehoben.

Wunderschöne Lage, aber...

...leider ist die Baustelle nebenan noch in vollem Gange. Von 8 bis oft 18 Uhr wird gesägt, gehämmert und gebohrt. Wenn der Bau des Hotels beendet und das Gerüst abgebaut ist, kann man den seitlichen Meerblick wieder genießen. Für uns war der Balkon leider unbenutzbar. Die Lage der Residenz Seeblick ist wunderschön.

Wohnung mit Lärm, kein WLan und Baustellensicht

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Leider ist gegenüber der Wohnung eine große Baustelle, wo den ganzen Tag gearbeitet wird. Entsprechender Baustellenlärm war den ganzen Tag vorhanden. Dies wurde in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht entsprechend beschrieben. Von gelegentlichem Lärm kann hier keine Rede sein. Auch ist der Ausblick auf die Uferpromenade natürlich durch dieses neue Bauobjekt nicht mehr gegeben. Auch hier müsste die Beschreibung der Wohnung angepasst werden. WLan stand über die gesamte Urlaubszeit nicht zur Verfügung. Wir versuchten zweimal über die Agentur Abhilfe zu schaffen. Eine Rückmeldung bzw. Instandsetzung des WLAN-Router blieb aus.

Freundinnenurlaub

Bei herrlichstem Herbstwetter durften wir eine Woche an der wunderbaren Ostsee verbringen! Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Grandios! Einziges kleines Manko war die Baustelle direkt vor der Nase, aber auch auf einer Urlaubsinsel muss gebaut werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
