The outdoor seating and patio are the envy of most for grilling and dining. Great room allows comfortable entertaining for many. Condo association prefers month or more tenants, with ideal tenant being a weekender or seasonal user. Two dedicated parking places plus separate space for your own golf cart. Helpful and friendly neighbors. Great beach town vibe nearby.

Lower outside umbrella. Dispose of trash in bags, anything large must be broken down. All trash put in large bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
