  • Weekend getaway

"We chose Carroll House Cottage because it was off the beaten path but still close to restaurants and shops. The cottage was in back of the main house with a cute front porch and beautiful garden. The house was in a very nice neighborhood, so we were able to safely walk to places. The cottage was well equipped for all our needs including cookies upon our arrival. The cottage was very clean and pictures were accurate including a very comfortable bed. Check in and check out was super easy also. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was worth getting up and dressed for 8:30; don't miss it! We were told that the owner had a store on Main Street, so we decided to stop by to say hello. Be sure to visit her shop too; very nice women's clothes and t- shirts. The Carroll House Cottage in Bay St. Louis is a great place for 2 people for either a short or long visit."

  • Cozy, comfortable, and incredible location!

"Loved this place so close to the main areas of Bay St. Louis! Walking distance from all the restaurants and shops. Take a drive across the bridge and cruise down the beach highway. Great place and friendly people. Can't wait to come back!"

  • Such a Pleasure!

"This delightful 1920's duplex bungalow was in a terrific location, allowing us to walk to shops, restaurants, and the amazing bakery, Serious Bread. It is furnished with period items as well as modern conveniences. The kitchen was a pleasure--well-equipped, and many supplies are thoughtfully provided (dishwasher soaps, coffee filters, napkins, etc.) The WalMart is just 2 miles away, and it proved to be an excellent place for groceries. The property manager gets five stars for being available, accommodating, and unfailingly cheerful when called upon."

  • As advertised!

"The home and its amenities were as advertised and that was just what we were looking for. Our stay was short but because everything was what we needed it felt longer. Friends for a bbq on Friday night. Saturday boating and fishing. Sunday a boat ride to Ship and Cat Island. We went for rides along the coast in the evening and a night. We even mixed in a little Jeep ride; getting a little mud on the tires. Have fun! Curtis"
