The holiday home offers over 160 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 12 people; it is let exclusively for private use.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
● Ground-floor bedroom with a double bed
● First-floor bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed
● Open-plan sleeping loft with a futon bed
● Additional sleeping arrangements in the living room and hallway

Please note: The sleeping loft and parts of the upper floor are accessed via a space-saving staircase and offer limited privacy. The layout is usually ideal for families and groups, but it is important for guests with high expectations of private bedrooms to be aware of this.

The spacious bathroom features a shower and a bath. A separate guest toilet is also available.

The living area forms the heart of the house. Large windows provide plenty of light and offer views of the countryside. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, particularly during the cooler months.
