This beautifully updated chalet-style home features a brand-new kitchen, updated appliances, and fresh finishes throughout. The open great-room layout is designed for gathering, with a large sectional sofa, island seating, and a farmhouse dining table for six — perfect for meals, game nights, or relaxing together.
Step outside to the expansive deck and unwind in the brand-new hot tub overlooking a spacious, private yard surrounded by trees.

We’re a family of five with three boys, and McCall truly feels like our home away from home. We’re avid skiers in the winter and spend as much time as possible on the lake once summer arrives. When we’re not in McCall, we live in Summerlin, Nevada near Red Rock Canyon, where we enjoy the same mix of outdoor adventure and downtime.

Located just minutes from downtown McCall, it offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and the lake—while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Directly across from the McCall Golf Club and within walking distance to Ponderosa State Park, the area is surrounded by scenic paved paths ideal for morning walks, biking, or an evening stroll under the pines.

After a day of exploring, guests love unwinding in the hot tub under the pines or enjoying a quiet morning coffee surrounded by sunshine. It’s the perfect balance of cozy mountain retreat and airy, modern comfort.
