Our home was designed for rejuvenation in mind. If you are coming to town, to compete at the civic center, as a patient at Mayo or to care for them. Our 3BR house the perfect combination of quite and convenience.

Start your morning Nespresso in hand. Cross to street to peaceful MLK park or beat the parking madness near Mayo by catching the Rochester Public Transportation bus at the stop right outside your front door.

Return to light, calming, uncluttered spaces. Hopefully, the attention for detail foster effortlessness for our guest.

The Space:
Designed to feel clean and minimalistic. The home features three comfortable bedrooms (king–with a TV, queen, full) with Helix mattresses and hotel-quality linens.

Two distinct living areas. One bright and airy upstairs. One cozy downstairs. Giving you space to spread out and recharge.

We have a wellness room with weights, bands, and yoga mats offers gentle movement, intense workout, or meditation when it is convenient for you.

Clean design and uncluttered spaces make settling in feel immediate.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire home, including both living areas, all bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, and fully fenced backyard. Self check-in and check-out makes arrival and departure seamless.

Other Things:
Bus stop right outside with a direct route to Mayo/downtown. Park across the street with playground, basketball, and open space. 4 min drive to Mayo, <1 mile to civic center, ~15 min walk to Civic Center. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We live in town and work at Mayo so happy to provide recommendation for food, entertainment, and things to do.

As you will see, the little red house is a convenient 4 min (1.1 miles) drive to Mayo and downtown, but in a quite neighborhood with MLK park across the street and a spacious backyard.

It is a place you could truly relax and unwind.
