Very clean. Very well stocked. Very comfortable beds, linens, towels, and furniture. Great layout, and nice to have 2 totally separate living areas. Comvenient to St Mary's and Mayo Clinic. Perfect place in which to recover from surgery (had grab bars, shower chair, single level). Great garage space and easy/quick acces to house from garage. Would definition rent again.

Met my two other siblings, we were near the 4th sister who lives in Rochester. Home was perfect. We cooked there a couple times, easy access to all activities

This is our 2nd time staying with this owner, it is the 2nd home we've stayed at with them! And both times have been perfect. The home was beautiful and the perfect amount of space while I healed post surgery (before returning home). They had everything you needs from towels, bedding, and kitchen utensils. They actually let us move our check in date up a day earlier! When we arrived we notice the water heater wasn't working well... again this is our 2nd time staying with the hostess so we knew after our previous stay (in another home)...they had no idea! I sent them a quick message and they had the water heater replaced that day! We hope we don't have to come back... as I was a hospital patient... but if we do, they will be the first I search for! Thanks again!

Good value

This rental was a good value for the money. The house was comfortable for our family. The reasons we didn’t give it five stars: it was clean, but not immaculate; there were towels in the dryer from prior guests when we arrived; the kitchen was stocked with plates and pans and spices, but no coffee or tea; there were no toiletries, the house is on a bus route and the neighborhood seemed safe but wasn’t great. All in all, completely suited our needs and was comfortable, but just doesn’t rise to the level of five stars.

Best Living Experience

One of the best experience from all perspectives, clean, wonderful place, everything is there and most important Best Host ever. Staying there helped alot for the porpoise of visiting Rochester which required to be calmed and quiet place. Thank you and hope to stay again

In all this was a great experience! We will be using this facility again in the near future!

Our purpose for the rental of this home works for medical at the Mayo Clinic. This home is literally 10 to 15 minutes from any of the hospitals Mayo Clinic or Saint Mary's. It is very Central to any and all food grocery and things you may need. All in all very quiet neighborhood occasionally you would hear the dogs in the backyard when they went out to go to the bathroom. But definitely was not an annoyance. Trust me I don't like barking dogs. Despite that we will continue to stay at this home as long as it is available when we need to come in town.

Ideal location and neighborhood

I had to travel from Florida to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester for major abdominal surgery. Jodi’s house was the perfect spot to prepare for surgery and heal from it. The home is very cozy, well-decorated, and has all the essentials my family and I needed. The layout was also perfect. Having an upstairs and downstairs living room gave everyone their own space to relax. After surgery, I really appreciated thoughtful details like the handrail in the garage for the steps and the handle in the shower. The home has great natural light and lots of greenery, which made it a happy place to heal from. The TV had more apps than I knew what to do with, but I was able to relax and binge watch some new favorites. The neighborhood was very cute and safe, and I enjoyed taking walks. Thanks for being an awesome host, Jodi!

This was a perfect property for our family of four during a one month stay in Rochester. It had everything we needed and was tastefully appointed. The hosts were great and always quick to respond. I would 100% stay here again during future visits.

Great location. Just a 5 min drive to Mayo. The beds very firm and not at all comfortable for us or me specifically recovering from surgery. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here
