The house offers three comfortable bedrooms with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin-sized beds, as well as 1.5 bathrooms and ample living space. The bedrooms include large vanity mirrors and plenty of outlets to ensure you have all the "get ready with me" space you might need. From the upstairs King and Queen bedrooms you may catch glimpses of the historic Penobscot River out of the large bay windows, while you sip your coffee from the comfort of a rocking chair. Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the fully updated kitchen, and relax in the newly renovated full bathroom. There is also a convenient half-bath on the main floor along with an office, game room, and living room.

Located just 20 minutes from Bangor Waterfront concerts, 30 minutes from coastal Belfast, and 60 minutes to Acadia National Park, our restored Sea Captain’s home is the ultimate adult retreat for exploring Mid-Coast Maine.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave any USED towels in the bathroom on the towel rack. Leave unused towels neatly folded where they were found.
Be sure all 1st floor windows and blinds are closed and all exterior doors are locked, with the screen doors securely shut.
Wash dishes used, either by hand or by loading and starting the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Gatherings or Parties. Unregistered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited and violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund
Historic Preservation: We ask that you treat our home with care. Please do not move furniture, as original hardwood floors are easily scratched.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a $30 fee with advance notice. Unauthorized overstays past 11:00 AM will result in a $100/hr fee.
