Experience Kingston/South Kingstown like a local in this 4-bedroom house, less than 2 miles from URI.
Soon enough, Fall will bring beautiful foliage, sweatshirt weather-beach days, and Harvest festivals full of apple treats and pumpkins (so book early)! Great location to use as a home base if visiting the larger NE area and want to do day-tripping to Boston/Block Island/Martha's Vineyard. Amtrak station (10 minutes away), commuter rail (20 minutes) and both ferries (20 minutes) are easy to access!
The space features a mix of beds, including 2 king beds, a double and two twins. With 2.5 bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience. The house offers a spacious and quiet neighborhood setting to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering for meals in the kitchen or formal dining room, watching TV in the living room or playing board games in the family room, this nice home provides a comfortable and welcoming vibe. Large yard with patio provides space to dine al fresco or enjoy an outdoor fire. Experience what South Kingstown, Wakefield and surrounding areas like Newport and Narragansett have to offer with a stay at our house.

As the listing states...a wonderful house.Lots of space.. Great outdoor space...Lovely backyard for dining outside. Also enjoyed an evening Fire in their firepit.House was very clean, and plenty of room for our family. Great sleeping with the cool evening air and the windows open. So very quiet!! Felt very at ease in a very nice neighborhood. Bill. our host was very responsive and checked on us . Great experience all the way around. Would definitely stay there again!
