Come experience Bethany Bay, a beautiful resort community located along the shore of the Indian River Bay where you'll find the luxury of a "get-away-from- it-all" retreat and "close to everything" convenience. Bethany Bay offers multiple amenities including: large community swimming pool, kiddie pool, and spa, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, biking/walking paths, and a 9-hole par 3 golf course. (Note: resort pool and spa only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.) Only a few miles from Bethany Beach, this beautifully decorated third-floor unit offers 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths, and is nestled within unspoiled land and gently lapping inland waterways ---just the perfect place to relax, refresh and re-energize! Some condo amenities include central air conditioning; full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, 5 TVS with Roku and apps for renters to login to their streaming service accounts including Netflix and Disney, 2 DVD/Blu-ray players, Wi-Fi, screened porch with views of ponds and bay and deck. A tandem kayak is also available for guests to use. Family-friendly with pack-and-play and high chair (for young toddler), games and puzzles, Xbox 1-S with assorted games, electronic keyboard, sports equipment including Paddle ball for beach, pickleball paddles and balls, tennis rackets and balls, volleyball, beach chairs and umbrella, basketball with pump and needle. Also included are two cruiser bikes with helmets and locks for cruising around Bethany Bay or to Bethany Beach. Pet Friendly with $200 pet fee. Bed linens and towels are not included.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo. The owner was very communicative, informative, and helpful before and during the stay. The descriptions on the VRBO site are accurate and the owner gave some great suggestions for activities.

Everything was as described. Location is so close to pool, golf and tennis courts. Condo had everything we needed for the beach and to cook at home. Owner is easy to get a hold of and very helpful.

Brought my family of 5 here for 4th of July weekend. 2 of my kids are in their 20s and one is 17 so it's a large sized family and the condo was so spacious, yet cozy. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out wherever we wanted. It was very clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. There were also more than enough bathrooms for all of us. The balcony area was relaxing and since it's screened in, you don't have to worry about bugs. There was plenty of parking. We came with 2 cars and never had an issue regardless of what time we came back. The golf course and the pool is literally a walk across the parking lot so it's super convenient. Lots of areas and trails to go for a run. Bethany Beach boardwalk is around 5 miles away and any stores you need to go to are closer than that. My wife doesn't like leaving our dog behind and this place is also pet friendly. I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed staying here.Bob is also very responsive and very welcoming. I felt that the price was also very fair. My hope is to stay here again in the near future. Thanks again, Bob

Good location, clean house, good accommodations. We took advantage of the kayak, pool (which was close), and beach items (boogie boards and umbrella). Would stay here again.

This condo was wonderful and perfect for my brother and I with our families. It was extremely clean and updated. The community had everything we could need with a pool, golf course, basketball court, pickle ball, etc. The community is close to some great restaurants, markets and mini golf. Bob, the host was extremely responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend this property for your next beach trip!

The unit was beautiful and very clean. Robert the host was very responsive to any questions. The community the property is in was really nice as well, with a beautiful pool area and nice playground and amenities. Location was great, especially for the price! Would absolutely stay here again.
