Be greeted by the fish tank wall in the large comfy living room. Continue to the galley kitchen with a view of the expansive back yard and brick patio with firepit. At the end of the day the brand new custom walk in showers in both bathrooms are a real treat.
The space This Ranch style home is all newly renovated and updated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this duplex style home. The 2 sides are separated by a locked door inside the house. The second side will not be occupied during your stay.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath side is the main part of the house and has 1200 sq ft of space and includes all that follows. - Full kitchen; With full sized fridge, dishwasher, Electric Oven, toaster, kurage coffee maker, microwave and Large capacity washer and dryer. Dinning table that seats 4. -Large living room; Has Leather couches, 2 fish tanks, TV, hammock chair, 5’ round dinning table for up to 8 and games. - Primary suite Bedroom Split King adjustable messaging bed and Very Large Tv. -Primary suite bathroom; Double sinks with hair dryer and curbless shower with spa shower panel and niche with shelves. - Second bedroom; Queen bed, Twin XL adjustable bed and closet. -Third bedroom; King bed, and closet
(A queen size air mattress is also available and can fit in the living room. - Hall bath; Hairdryer, lighted mirror, curbless shower. -Front Yard; Is fenced off from the back yard, has gardens, a large pond with a bridge and seating for 2. (Note that the pond still needs some work and may not be fully finished for your stay.) -Backyard; Brick patio with fire pit and fire place, grill, patio seating for 8 plus, hammock, a table that seats 6 and a large open grass area. There is also a folding kitty pool that can be prefilled for your stay by request.
Guest access You will have the entire place to yourself but the second side of the house will be locked. If you would like to have access to the entire house please message me for more details.
Other things to note The pond, front yard and back yard will look slightly different from pictures due to recent improvements that are just now being completed.

I have absolutely loved being a host since the beginning of 2022. I enjoy having the ability to provide a place where guests can feel at home and have a stress free stay without worries of a strict or stingy host. I also believe that seeing and hearing water helps us all release our worries so I take pride in my life long love of fish to provide a pond and fish tanks. I also enjoy sharing my garden and yard for others to enjoy with their friends family and pups for all these beautiful sunny days that Colorado blesses us with.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is easygoing and close to everything without being too close. There is something cool about 1 mile in every direction. Including to the North The Pouder River access. Old Town is West, CSU is South and City Park is South West. Or 2 blocks South is the bus to old town and the max. 3 blocks south is a cute restaurant “ The Little” and a Little Store for basics. 3 blocks north is a gas station with ice cream and drinks. There is a park with swings 2 blocks north or 2 blocks west at Lincoln Elementary with playground and a big grass area. The Street is busy but a signal cross walk and bike lane is right out front to help with the commute no matter what direction you choose to go. I hope you enjoy this area as much as we do.

Our property is fully fenced and almost a 1/4 of an acre near Old Town Fort Collins on a corner lot with plenty of parking. Our property has been well loved and upgraded since it was built it 1959. It has a pond, bridge, gardens, huge green yard, brick patio with fire pit and fire place. The house is ranch style with original hardwood floors throughout. We have updated the bathrooms with 2 new curb-less showers. There is a brand new washer and dryer , en-suites with adjustable split king massaging bed, plenty of toys and games for all ages and a large round table to share your day with friends and family.
