Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-94, it’s perfect for travelers, game days, and events. Quick drive to downtown Detroit, Ann Arbor, and all major sports venues! Ideal for early flights, weather delays, or weekend getaways. Ask about our XL Black Car Service for airport transfers or event transportation!

1. No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties. Any gatherings with loud music or events are not allowed.
2. Surveillance: For your safety and ours, we have security cameras installed outside the property.
3. Enforcement: If a party is detected, local authorities will be contacted, and your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.
4. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted only outside in the back or front yard.
