Our family rents his property since 20 years and thanks to our experience, we quickly adapted to the Coronavirus situation in order to guarantee to our guests maximum safety. Even if not currently prescribed by local laws for private rentals, in order to guarantee both our and your safety, we implemented the best protocols adopted by top class hotels.
Reasons why you should rent our villa:
+ At check-in (and check-out) we will give you a tour of the villa by wearing masks and gloves
- We kindly ask our guests to also adopt masks during check-in.
- We will also kindly ask you to let us take body temperature in order to double it is under the 37.5° allowed threshold
+ The property is totally private and isolated and, thanks to its big garden and swimming pool, it allows to live an amazing holiday even limiting visits to crowded places like the beach
+ Every mattress will be covered with a 70° washable isolating pad able to protect from viruses, also bed linen and all towels will be safely washed at 70° or higher temperatures
+ Disinfection/cleaning personnel: people that clean the property have been instructed on the new procedures and will use one-time-use masks and gloves
+ Disinfection: at every guest change all the rooms and swimming pool area will be disinfected with bleach (min. 10%) and alcohol (min. 70%) solutions as suggested by anti-coronavirus protocols
+ Swimming pool: chlorine water level will be increased to 0,7 - 1,5 mg/l as suggested for public pools

With the above described procedures we're proud to be able to guarantee to our guests a safe holiday as offered by the most famous hotels, or even more thanks to the property being isolated and independent.

Large luxury 200 m2 private mansion with large garden and wonderful sea view (view of the island of Bergeggi - regional protected area). 1st floor: sitting room, sofa with extendable double bed, TV with satellite, large kitchen with all electrical appliances, closed veranda with tables, bathroom with shower, washing room / storage room with washing machine and another shower, wc; large double bed room, large terrace with table and chairs. An elegant marble staircase leads to the 2nd floor with two double bed rooms, 1 twin room, small living room with table and sofa, strongbox, 1 bathroom with hydro massage and large terrace with sea view. Possibility to have a small bed for a child. Wonderful swimming pool with mosaic (12,5 x 6 m), also barbecue and wood-fired brick pizza oven. Private parking area.

Tabletennis and other games available for free. Lots of grass where children can play. Air conditioning system already included in in the price in July and August.
There is an independent ground floor where sometimes the owners of the mansion are present to be able to clean the swimming pool and maintain the garden. Your privacy is guaranteed.
