🛌 **Sleeping Arrangements**
All 3 of our bedrooms feature king-sized beds with smart TV's installed. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom.
A deluxe rollaway bed (with memory foam mattress) and queen air mattresses are available upon request to comfortably accommodate extra guests.

🚽**Bathroom**
Both of our 2 Full bathrooms are fully-stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.

🚗**Parking**
Parking is provided within the premises of our home. The driveway can fit about 3-4 cars depending on the size. RV parking is available.

Play chef in our master chef kitchen! Our kitchen is equipped with high-end furnishings and appliances plus all the basic kitchen amenities such as dining utensils, cooking utensils, coffee, coffee maker, fridge, wine-fridge, oven, stove, pot filler faucet, and more.

Enjoy our spacious living area equipped with a 70-inch smart TV!

Guest Access:
You have access to the entirety of our our home! The supply closet is the only thing off-limits.

Pool Heating:
- Pool Heat is available for $100/night, minimum two consecutive nights.

Early check-in requests and late check-out requests will be subject to approval.
- For early check-in:
12 PM: $100
2 PM: $60
- For late check out:
Free as long as we can get confirmation from the cleaners, and we do not have back-to-back bookings and need the time to prep for the next guest.

- Only a starter cleaning kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials.
If more is required, you will need to provide.
- We offer a mid-stay clean for the same rate as standard cleaning fees. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection, and re-supplying the starter kit.
