Escape and Relax at our spacious 3-bedroom house in Long Beach, designed for relaxation and convenience. With 2 king beds and 2 queen bed, guests will have plenty of room to unwind.
This superb property offers modern amenities, including heating, WiFi, window-mounted air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer.
For entertainment, enjoy a pool table and a classic Pac-Man arcade, perfect for friendly competition and nostalgic fun!
Whether you're here to explore the city or simply relax, our home provides the perfect retreat. Sit back, unwind, and enjoy everything Long Beach has to offer!


DISCLAIMER: Please note that while the home does not have central A/C, it does feature central heating and a built-in fan system to provide airflow throughout the entire house. We do provide a window-mounted A/C unit to cool the living room and One portable A/C unit that can be moved to wherever it's needed most. Each room is also outfitted with portable standing fans, and ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and the living room to maintain airflow. We've taken care to offer a range of cooling options to help ensure your comfort during warmer days.

On cooler days, feel free to open the windows and enjoy the refreshing Long Beach breeze!

The home was clean and well stocked. There were multiple coffee shops and restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance as well

We had such a great time. Jimmy was a great host and the home was very comfortable. We were 6 adults and two toddlers. The location is great... close the the grocery store, close to downtown and a really nice walk to the beach!

This was a very clean and nice house. The location is in a nice cute little area. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spatious. Definitely would stay again.

Terrific stay!!

Staying here was great! Perfect sized home, check-in was smooth and Jimmy was very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and even though no A/C in the bedrooms, the fans did the job nicely. I also screwed up the parking and Jimmy kindly sent me the instructions which I appreciate. Location was awesome too.

The place was perfect for my family with two young teens. We had more rainy weather, so we made good use of the pool table and arcade machine. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable, everything felt clean, and it was well stocked with the basic essentials. The only thing to note is that there is a small bar across the street that you may hear the bass of the music during the weekend, but otherwise everything was perfect. Easy to walk to lots of places. We had a great time!

Nice location with available off-street parking. House was clean and plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows for the family. Sufficient amenities for our weekend stay. We had one issue with the in-fridge water dispenser leaking, which took a while to hear back from the host. We recommend buying a case of waters due to that small issue.

Great house, clean, and welcoming. Really comfy beds, well outfitted with most any item you might need, and even without central A/C the house temp is very pleasant. Good location. A little street noise, but nothing unreasonable. Parking access was convenient and easy to access. The host, is great at communicating and check in was a breeze. Check out is simple with easy to follow directions. Would 100% recommend.

Jimmy Bermeo was the best host we have ever experienced in our VRBO stays. He was amazing, responding immediately to every question and helping us resolve any issues. He was truly wonderful! The house has nice space and the location is excellent, although the street tends to be noisy at night. The furnishings could be updated with a more comfortable couch and coffee table. And we did not need a Pac Man machine or a pool table. Overall, the house really was accommodating.

The house is cozy nice but it does not have an AC with the hot summer in CA we got we really felt like we were melting two of the bedrooms have small units that are not even window units and do not blow any cold air my husband and I stayed in the MBedroom which was worst cause it had 2 fans blowing hot air all day and night. The windiow unit in the living room keeps only that area very fresh. I have an Airbnb and it has two refrigerated air units and sometimes people complain but this a 5 bedroom three bath that for as much as we paid to stay in Jeff's home they should at least have a swamp cooler our stay was very uncomfortable we were most of the time out of the home due to how hot the house got we bought groceries to make breakfast we decided not to cook cause there is defenetely no unit in the kitchen so it was going to get even hoter. I believe it's something ithat should be disclose before booking this home. I did complain to Jeff about this but all he did was sent his handy man to change a filter adjust the mode on the thermostat but like the handy man and us said if there is no unit what is he going to fixed. I really think there should be an adjustment on my rate, we were very unhappy with this home we went to enjoy our stay and enjoy our vacation but it was nearly impossible to do it.

Beautiful house with everything you could need. Even beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked, loved the coffee bar! The host provided all the information for the house to make the trip run smoothly.

The home was what we expected and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. The neighborhood was walkable and there were cute shops nearby. The only problem we had was with the bathroom sink. We had 4 people sharing one bathroom and the sink did not drain. We reached out to the property manager and it wasn’t taken care of while we were there for a week. This made the overall impression less than it would have been without this issue.
