About the space:
Located in a restored manor house just 6 blocks from the Cathedral, it is perfect for long-term stays as it features its own in-unit washer-dryer—the only one in the entire building.

The space includes a living room with a 65-inch TV and a desk, two balconies that flood the area with natural light, a dining area for 4, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (high-quality Luuna mattress), and a full bathroom.

Double-pane windows help significantly reduce street noise.
The Smart TV offers access to Netflix and YouTube (no conventional cable signal).

The shared panoramic rooftop terrace is one of the building's standout amenities. We kindly ask for silence after 11 PM.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
Access is via 35 steps. There is no elevator.

The water heater is electric, so we recommend waiting 15 minutes between showers to ensure hot water. Bathroom ventilation is limited, but opening the window helps a great deal.

While being in the Historic Center means there may be some city sounds during the day, the double-pane windows make a remarkable difference. It’s the small price for staying in the heart of the city! If you are very noise-sensitive, feel free to ask about our other available options.

During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the loft can get warm. We do not have air conditioning, but we provide household fans for your comfort.

We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share nearby parking options with you.
