Experience elevated living in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The 10-foot ceilings create an open, airy feel throughout, while two queen bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for every guest. The primary suite features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Step outside to your private patio, perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The unit is entirely stair-free, includes a dedicated workspace, and comes with one underground parking space for a hassle-free stay.

Enjoy your stay in this bright, spacious unit featuring 10-foot ceilings and a modern layout. It includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two full bathrooms with a private ensuite and walk-in closet in the primary bedroom, and a private patio for your own outdoor space.

We like to give guests their space but are always just a message, text, or call away. Communication through the app is generally preferred for fastest response time.

Our home is our pride and joy and should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival :) We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!

To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules below.

Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM (unless pre-arranged)
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Please respect these times to allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare for the next guest.

During Your Stay
• No smoking or vaping inside the property. You may smoke outside only, and please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed to prevent smoke smell from entering the unit.
• No parties or events of any kind.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.
• No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the premises.
• Please respect the furniture and décor. Report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture.

Pets
• No pets allowed, unless otherwise approved or required as a service animal (documentation may be requested for verification).

Cleaning & Maintenance
• Please keep the space tidy during your stay.
• Dishes and cookware should be washed before checkout.
• Garbage should be disposed of in the designated bins.
• If something breaks or malfunctions, please notify us right away — we’re happy to help.

Safety
• Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security devices.

Check-Out Reminder

Before leaving, please:
• Place used towels in one spot.
• Wash or load any used dishes.
• Turn off lights and appliances.
• Close and lock all doors and windows.
