Our houseboat features a great bathroom and a living room with a panoramic view.
With a total size (floor area on the lower level)
of approximately 12.75 m x 4.75 m, there is plenty of space.
The LÜBECK 1 offers three sleeping accommodations.
There’s no shortage of comfort here. Includes air conditioning with heating.
Among other things, it features a beautiful sauna and a Jacuzzi. Outside, we offer a great lounge area and a terrace that’s perfect for lounging.
The upper deck can accommodate up to four people. From here, you have a fantastic view of the harbor and a prime view of the Baltic Sea.
Cruise ships pass by within sight, providing yet another feast for the eyes.
Our houseboat is available for rent on a stationary basis only.
However, a fantastic 30 PS sport boat is available to our guests as a dinghy for an additional fee. As you can see, this boat has EVERYTHING!
The finest Burmese teak enhances the overall impression. A real eye-catcher.
