Overall we enjoyed our stay! PROS: There was plenty of space 8 adults and 4 children! The kitchen was well-stocked and the countertop space was excellent for preparing and serving meals. The game room downstairs had ample entertainment for all ages. There are 3 decks to relax. The location is only 5 minutes from Fenwick Island State Park and 25-30min drive from Ocean City boardwalk. 2 Beach chairs and other items were available in the garage for use. CONS:Maintenance was lacking and the host was only partially responsive to inquiries. Water filtration in the fridge was overdue and beeped incessantly. The water was cloudy and had a strange taste making it undrinkable. I called the host who simply suggested drinking tap water from the sink. One of the bedframes was broken when we arrived. The host sent over maintenance to fix it the next day. Only 1 bathroom had a trash can which I found odd and inconvenient. We had to request additional trash cans from the host.The trash bins were already full when we arrived and we found garbage left in the garage. I ask the host where we should store our trash during our stay and never received a response so we resorted to piling it next to the bins. Circuit breaker tripped on the second to last evening leaving us with no lights in the kitchen or downstairs bathroom. We did not want to risk resetting the breaker ourselves - I contacted the host and again received no response.
