Perfect 3-bedroom house with pool on lush treed garden flag lot in East Hampton

This East Hampton hideaway is on 2/3 acre of developed private garden with mature trees and surrounded by wild life preserve. There is a 20' x 40' heated swimming pool. The house has a large open living area and kitchen, with a screened porch and a south facing deck. The master suite is also on the main floor with en suite bathroom and its own private deck and access to outdoor shower. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 4 bunks, and a separate bathroom with tub and shower. There is a full laundry in the cellar and there are several bikes there for the use of guests as well as surf boards and beach furniture. Our house cleaning service will come once a week to clean and change linens, also expect once a week visits by garden crew (lawns) and pool maintenance. We will arrange for a garbage pick up once a week also. The house is approximately 2 miles from the Atlantic beaches, and 1 mile from East Hampton village.
