Beautiful Alfred Scheffer designed, antique- filled shingled cottage one block from the residents only ocean beach in the dunes. Located in charming 17th century Amagansett, it has 3 bedrooms/2 baths, charming beamed ceiling living room with fireplace and Virginia brick floored, fully equipped kitchen. The lovely, private L-shaped brick patio surrounded by gorgeous, natural landscaping is perfect for entertaining or quiet nights at home listening to the sound of the ocean. All amenities in place including cable TV, High speed internet, AC window units and ceiling fans throughout, washer and dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower, refuse removal, cleaning service, and yard care. Sleeps six. All linens including beach towels provided as well as beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach wagon. Parking for four cars available. Check in 3pm Check out 12pm

Please close outdoor umbrellas and make sure the grill is turned off. Secure outdoor garbage with bungee cords and only discard garbage in bags provided.Loose refuse will not be collected and removed.
