Vacation In Tuscany (Castel San Gimignano)

Villa, pool area and enviroment were clean and there were enough space for six person. The owner was kind and helpful. Cooking knifes were not sharp so it was a bit difficult to prepare food in the villa. Otherwise we were really satisfied.
Response from VrboOwner on 8 Oct 2026
The knives have been replaced, thank you for your comments.

2/10 Terrible

no privacy

The apartment is ok, the equipment is simple but functioning. The view is splendid (no wonder: Tuscany), however the owner lives on the premises: this is not just a fact - it's a warning! All areas outside the entrance of the house, including the pool, is defined by him as "common ground". Dogs are at best tolerated but have to be on the leash outside the rooms. Especially ladies, girls and honeymooners will not appreciate the lack of privacy, unless they have exhibitionistic tendencies
Response from VrboOwner on 8 Oct 2026
We are sorry to hear that the presence of the owner on the premises, affected your stay. Please note that we mention in the description this detail. We do mention however that, in the description that the pool mentioned in the description is for private use.

Lage u. Ausstattung
