This place is very charming! Fairly did a great job of decorating and providing what was needed for a comfortable stay, including a Keurig coffee machine. The TV is large and has access to many streaming services. The queen bed was quite comfortable, and there is also a hide-a-bed couch in the living room, so the apartment can sleep 4. The location is in the residential neighborhood of Brown's Addition and is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and cafes; our place was always very quiet, which was nice. Also, there is a local grocery store nearby, so guests are able to easily purchase their groceries on day one. Parking is on the street, directly in front of the apartment, and there was always an available spot. This location is also very close to a museum, and a large park. Communication with the manager was easy, and any needs were addressed promptly. Overall, we had a great visit here and the apartment was very comfortable for us. We will definitely return!
