Located at 298 Kentucky Street, this beautifully updated 1-bedroom space offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or professionals in town for work, this quiet retreat sleeps 2 guests and puts you within easy walking distance of all that downtown Franklin has to offer. Pet friendly!
We have a strict policy for no parties and no smoking inside. There will be a $500 charge for either violation. Sorry but we do not allow pets. Thank you.
