    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    Guests are required to check with the office in 24 hrs of arrival to register for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please see security in the golf cart on the property. No parking fee required unless staying 30 days or more. Please read the confirmation email for gate access upon arrival.

Great spot on the bay!

Beautiful one bedroom modern condo on the bay - had everything I needed and was within walking distance of restaurants. Will definitely return!
