The Space:

Just a mile from Rose Marina, this sixth-floor beachfront condo has endless water views and cozy interiors to inspire an unforgettable vacation experience!





Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to courses. You'll have waterfront dining and bike rentals to discover within walking distance! Boatowners will love having the opportunity to rent a slip for their watercraft while here as well!





When you're not out on the water, stretch out in the spacious living room to watch your favorite movies on the large smart TV or unwind with a good book from the extensive library. The condo is tastefully dressed in beachy decor, elegant finishes, and lots of comfortable furniture. The full kitchen has plenty of workspace and modern appliances to help you create a delicious meal. As the sun begins to set, have a glass of wine on the furnished balcony and bask in the breathtaking views.





Take a short walk to explore the many on-site amenities that include the shared pool, large dock, and bubbling hot tub where you can indulge in a revitalizing soak after a magical day.





Things to Know

There is a QR code that will be emailed or texted to you 1 week prior to check-in in you will need to have on hand to access the community at the front gate.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Guests are required to check with the office in 24 hrs of arrival to register for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please see security in the golf cart on the property. Spacious and comfortable

Great location - within walking distance to the Snook Inn. Condo was spacious, comfortable and the view was amazing. Very quiet area.Bed is comfortable and the unit is well stocked with needed items. Thank you!

Quiet and Relaxing

Very nice condo overlooking inland waterway. We really enjoyed sitting in the porch area watching the boats go by. Kitchen well equiped. We appreciated the beach chairs for when we went to the beach.

Very nice property once you are there!

The actual condo was awesome, the lanai was amazing and gave you a rare west coast sunrise over the water because of the view of the bay. But, getting in and out of the property is a challenge. The office staff at the actually location are only available during office hours. And getting onto the property requires gate access that you must be granted first. So if you are arriving during normal hours, plan to go to the office when you arrive (they are only there for one hour after check in) and get everything straightened out. If you come after hours you may risk not getting to the condo itself.

AMAZING LOCATION!-BRING YOUR FISHING POLES!

We are still talking about how amazing vacation was. I took my daughters to this condo because of its location which directly on the water, close to all the restaurants and beach. We visited Tiger Trail Beach which was only a 5 min drive and so nice. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We cooked plenty of meals and enjoyed fishing off the dock. My daughter was able to catch plenty of snook which was her favorite activity! Naples was a 20 min drive. we visited the downtown area and did some shopping. The pool and jacuzzi were a great amenity to cool off and relax in the evening. The gate was very easy to access and we checked in after 5pm. We received a QR code that we scanned each night in the vistor gate. The community has tennis courts and grills that we will use next time we book this property! You can also rent a pontoon boat literally next door within walking distance. This condo is perfect for anyone that loves the water and boating without the hassle of bringing their boat.
