Haus Treibholz - Holiday apartment for up to 4 people

From your private parking space, you’ll walk directly into the entrance area of the “Haus Treibholz” apartment building to the ground-floor vacation rental. Newly renovated in 2021, the apartment features lovingly furnished interiors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A bright hallway welcomes you with a modern coat rack and access to all the rooms. With 2 bedrooms, the vacation apartment can accommodate 4 people. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality double box-spring bed (180 x 200), and the other with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 each). All beds have under-bed storage, so you can stow your suitcases for the duration of your vacation. Both bedrooms feature wall-mounted flat-screen TVs for your personal viewing pleasure.
A modern bathroom features a comfortable low-entry shower and a heated towel rack. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with a high-quality, open kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a refrigerator equipped with a freezer compartment. A beautiful dining area, a cozy sofa set, and a large flat-screen TV complete the living and kitchen area. From the living area, you can step out onto a spacious, sunny southwest-facing balcony, furnished with high-quality balcony furniture. Here you can enjoy relaxing evenings with your loved ones over a glass of wine.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement. The vacation rental has its own parking space next to the building.

Centrally located—easily accessible and only about 140 meters from the dike—Haus Treibholz features a unified interior design concept. With its modern design and cozy charm, the house offers plenty of comfort for a successful and relaxing vacation. The popular Alleestraße, with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also conveniently reach the completely renovated and modernized “Meerzeit Büsum” water park—a wave pool with a spa—and the “Watt ’n Hus” visitor information center in about a 3-minute walk. Several bakeries, the medical center, and the weekly market—which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays during the season—offer a variety of amenities in the immediate vicinity.
