Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including the private lake, trails, and outdoor spaces. Parking is available directly in front of the home. Detailed maps and local guides are provided to help you make the most of your stay.

Important Notes

Central A/C: Lowest setting is 70°F. Please keep windows and doors closed when in use.
Trail Use: No motorized vehicles on property (ORVs & snowmobiles allowed nearby only).
No Hunting: Hunting is not permitted on the property.
Early Check‑In: May be available by request and must be pre‑approved.

No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs ($500+ fee and immediate removal)
No pets ($500 fee and removal without refund)
No parties, events, or unregistered guests

Guest access
The property is gated and secured with a Wi‑Fi door lock. Access codes for both will be provided prior to your arrival.

Other things to note
For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with two exterior Ring security cameras. One is located on the left side of the home when facing the front door, and one is positioned at the front of the house. These cameras monitor exterior areas only. The Ring doorbell can also be used to video call the host if you need assistance during your stay.
