The Space:

Find entertainment for the entire family at Plaza 1511, an oceanfront condo with glorious views of the Atlantic from its private balcony. Not only will you be mere steps from the beach and the building's resort-style pools and hot tub in the summer, you'll find this to be a relaxing getaway for the off-season. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi for unlimited devices, wall-mounted HDTVs with Blu-ray players in the bedrooms and den, a large 4K TV and Blu-ray player in the living room, a generous library of recent 4K and Blu-ray movies, and an Xbox One console with games in the den. Other amenities include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a den that can easily be used as a bedroom or a dining room. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south). It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great vacation apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed for a family with kids. The ocean front view was amazing and shared facilities such as indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and comfortable to use since they were open 24 hours.

We want to come back!

Location is perfect. Best pool we've ever had at a condo. Bathrooms in Plaza 1511 are very modern and updated. View of the ocean from the master bedroom was amazing. They provided everything you could want for a week stay. Overall a fantastic condo, we all loved it.

Ocean City Vacation

I stayed at the Plaza many times but never in this unit. Loved this unit! Had everything you could possibly want for cooking, eating or relaxing, even two coffee makers! A Keurig, which my grown kids loved and a drip for me! My family had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room for everyone!

The place was perfect! And, the view from the balcony was amazing, and better than the view from condos we've stayed at other Ocean City locations. The bathrooms are fully remodeled, and everything was available for your kitchen needs. I would have loved to have stayed longer as 4 days was not enough. And, the hot tub and pool was excellent! I do wish we could have picked up the keys at the same location but the office staff at Vacasa where we had to pick up the keys were very helpful.

I found Vacasa to be unresponsive as you get a call center instead of talking to someone in the office. It felt as if no one cared when I called to complain about the unit the day we arrived
