This property was so close to the beach snd when you sat on the deck you had the cool ocean breeze. The comfortable furniture inside and out made our stay that much more enjoyable. We loved the cleanliness and the security features with the fob to get in and out of the complex. Would definitely book another trip and stay there.

Views were great. You could see the ocean and the bay from the deck. Loved the 2 pools. You could sit at the outside pool and look at the ocean. The indoor pool had a great view of the bay. A couple of higher chairs on the deck would help see over the railing. Kitchen rugs looked stained and made the property less attractive. Please provide instructions on how to use the tv.

Location, location, location

This condo is situated in a great location. Close to boardwalk, beach, restaurant and other local establishments. Very nice place! Clean, everything is new or in new condition. Floorplan worked very well for our trip. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, full size washer & dryer for extended stays. Highly recommend.

Awesome location. Very clean and spacious. AC/heat worked well. No “smells” like in many facilities near beach. Very fresh. Very secure environment with special access to elevators and garage. Very nice setup and facilities. Communications were superb. In constant contact and responses were almost immediate!! Can’t wait to return.

Summer 2025

This property has everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, good view of ocean and bay. We were immediately off the boardwalk, close to beach, I door pool, outdoor pool and fitness center. Very secure. We did not have to go far for food and the beach was walking distance. We had a great time and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient location.
