The Space:

This three-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in downtown Ocean City, Maryland, close to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and other downtown attractions. Guests can enjoy the suite's central air, the private washer and dryer, and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Spend the day playing along the lapping shoreline then come home to kick back in the living room to enjoy a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV.

The shared pool will make for a refreshing dip after a good hot weather hike.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fun Getaway

my friends and i throughly enjoyed our stay, plenty of space to hold all 8 of us and it was in a good location relevant to boardwalk and things to do. Great place to stay, definitely recommend!

Perfect for group of friends!

The space was really clean, and actually much larger than the photos. It was perfect for a long weekend with friends.

Great Place

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the boards, but far enough away from the noise. Care in ownership was obvious. I imagine a remodeling was done recently and the work and decorations were great. Will definitely rent this place again.

Overall, Great space!

The Condo itself was beautiful, spacious, and was honestly the most well stocked place I have ever stayed at! I brought my own supplies as always but didn't need any of it which has never happened before. The only negative for me was the size of the swimming pool. Convenient location, we were able to get around with most our activities just with walking a block to two and if we couldn't want and didn't want to drive, the bus stop was on out block! And, yes, I was at the beach, but I am one of the few that go to the beach but doesn't go to the beach. I stay behind and swim in the pool while everybody else goes into the ocean. So, even with the size of the pool, I would 100% stay at this location again! J.B.
