Comfortably sleeps 10 with pull out couch bed. Stunning modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops; fully stocked with extensive array of cooking and dining ware. Open living/family room with attached kitchen/dining/bar area for friends and family to gather. Large master suite with king-size bed, walk-in closet and luxurious master bath with spacious shower. There are three additional bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. One of three has a king-size bed and is in the basement. Great for those who can’t navigate stairs. Enjoy large-screen televisions (living/family room and master with smart TVs with apps like Netflix, etc.) with free cable and wifi/internet. There is a 19 inch TV in the downstairs bedroom. Socialize on the furnished outdoor decks. Plenty of parking in the two-car garage with two additional parking spaces in the driveway.

We are looking for responsible renters who will excellently maintain our family's vacation home and surrounding beautiful neighborhood. This is not a “party” home. If that is guests’ intention, this is not the home for you: please stay elsewhere.

Guests enjoy use of the community clubhouse with gym and outdoor swimming pool (Memorial weekend thru weekend after Labor Day).

Convenient setting without the hassle of city traffic. Within walking distance to the Ocean City inlet/boardwalk, bus depot, Tanger Outlets, Starbucks, grocery stores and many casual and fine dining establishments. A short, scenic drive to the Assateague Island wild ponies. Only minutes to Ocean Downs Casino.

10 percent discount for weekly or monthly peak (summer) season bookings. Rent for the summer season (121 days) for $25,000. This home is also available for a long-term rental from September thru May for $3,000.00 monthly.

No pets or animals. No smoking in or around townhome. Service animals are welcome.

This was a wonderfully spacious house to accommodate all 9 of us. Very clean. Perfectly set just far away enough from the commotion of the boardwalk but close enough to drive there in minutes. Would highly recommend to any family looking to stay in OC, MD!

Wonderful stay

There were 9 of us and we loved our stay at the Windsor house it was just beautiful

Absolutely the best place we have stayed while visiting OC, MD!

This is our second time staying and its still the best place we have stayed. Owners are wonderful to work with, townhome is immaculate, lots of room and feels like a home away from home. Plenty of room for large family or multiple families. Beautifully decorated and is close to restaurants, shopping, go carts, and a short drive to the boardwalk and Assateague Island .

Great family beach house!

This house was in the perfect location close to OC boardwalk, lots of restaurants and shops, 2 water parks, and a brewery. We enjoyed using the pool and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely go again!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This place is beyond perfect for a family getaway. It is located away from the busy boardwalk and downtown OC, but within walking distance or a short drive. The house is beautiful, and has everything you could need. The entire neighborhood is nice for jogging and walking, along with the nice community pool. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone. Absolutely loved our stay here!

Perfect Family Spot

I recently went with my family and this place was perfect. Location is close to everything - and just over the bridge to Coastal. Rooms were spotless and plenty of room for all of us. They even went out of their way to have carpets shampooed because we were bringing a baby. Would definitely rent again. Very easy to work with.

Wonderful home in great community with fantastic hosts

We had a great vacation and truly enjoyed the home. With 2 busy teenagers finding a week to get away was a challenge so we scheduled last minute and I was truly impressed with how amazing the Windsor family was at not only providing a great home and experience but also going the extra mile with answering questions, providing resources on the area, and communication throughout. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great location

If you want to be close to the action but not too close, this location is perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk and close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Assategue Island was amazing and a 15 minute drive. The house is clean and comfortable. The owners are quick to respond if you need anything. Highly recommend.

AMAZING TOWNHOUSE AND COMPLEX !!!

Amazing townhouse !! Me and 7 Friends stayed here . This townhouse is very spacious for 8 people. The house was very clean and kitchen was great for cooking .We also loved the complex that the townhouse was in, the neighbors were very friendly .This townhouse is very close to the beach, boardwalk , and great restaurants and night life .We had a great time here!!

Even better than the pictures!

The house is beautiful and in a prime location to get to everything. A quick bus ride to the boardwalk but just far enough to get away from it all. The owners are extremely nice and communicative. They responded to text messages right away. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for large families and well stocked. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautifully decorated and roomy place!

This townhome is very roomy, and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for my family of 8. Within walking distance to the Outlets, Chick fila, and Chipotle. There are plenty of parking spaces, so parking was never a problem. We took advantage of the pass for Assateaque. The beach was perfect, and 6 horses even came to visit us there! Hoping to stay there again next summer!

Nice location, love the option to dock our boat there.

We always stay in west OC. This unit was very well located for us and loved that we had a place to leave our boat and a place to park the trailer. It’s nice having access to the pool and a garage as well. I loved having a master suite upstairs and then another in the basement and having three full baths! It’s also super nice they allow you to use beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring ours along. The place is clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend in Ocean City

We immensely enjoyed staying at this great unit. From the reservation and communication from day one with ownership, it was a great experience. The townhouse is beautifully furnished with everything you possibly need for a weekend or extended stay. It is walking distance to great restaurants and other amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and the place is very clean. To the last detail, the owner took care of everything we needed including Ziploc bags for our fish and boxes to take our catch home. Planning to come back soon, great experience
