Penthouse 3 at the Carlos Pointe Beach Club is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath unit that sleeps 8 persons. Located at the southernmost tip of Fort Myers Beach, PH3 has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Estero Island and surrounding neighborhoods. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub that overlooks the beach. Bedrooms two and three both have a queen bed each. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. This unit comes complete with an oversized screened lanai, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Come with your friends or family and be ready to rest and reset in this spacious Fort Myers Beach penthouse.
