Amazing New/Pool/Canal, 3 King Queen Sofa Bed 2 Bath Near Beach and Times Square

This 3-king bedroom, 2 bath new home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is 1/2 a block from all the restaurants and shoppes of the Times Square/Pier area. Enjoy the peaceful heated pool area with its Tiki Bar. The Tiki Bar is a 42-inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a 65-inch flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 decks, and 3 king bedrooms with flat screen TV's. . Next to the pool is an outdoor shower for pool use and for that larger person in your group. Newly added are fishing poles to fish in the canal and two kayaks to paddle the canals and back bay. Please wear a provided life jacket. This property is located next door to Paradise Cove which is a 3 king, 2 bath, pool, canal, bar home. Put the two together for large family gatherings. Canal Oasis is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Early check in and late check out can be purchased for $25.00 per hour.

Location and Beautiful Backyard

Great Location!

Location is amazing, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Having a house on the canal is always a plus. Kayaks were a nice bonus! Spent lots of time in the pool and at the tiki bar.

Great Place!

This was a great property. Close to everything on the beach. Fishing off the dock was nice. The Koster’s were great, very helpful about fishing in the area, local spots. Pool was perfect. Hope to come back some time.

We had 3 couples and an 11 month old. We loved the 3 king bedrooms, everyone had their space.

Loved this house. Close to the beach and restaurants. The highchair, pack 'n play, stroller, and wagon were a definate draw to this place - all were used! We saw manatees twice in the canal that was a surprise and a bonus.

Perfect Location

We spent a week at pirates cove and the location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Tess and Rod were excellent host. The house is appropriately stocked with items you will need. The pool and tiki bar is the place you will spend most of your time. We would love to return.

During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not there. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 6 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you don't see the options you want or if this calendar is full, please contact us anyway! Pictures do not do this property justice! The privacy and serenity are abundant But.you are only a half block away from restaurants, bars and shopping. One block from the beach, pier and Times Square. The location is close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit by the pool or at the Tiki bar and feel as if you are on a private island.

Floating in the pool and watching the boats in the canal go by is magical! The heated pool will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind. Enjoy a book in one of the four screened in porches. The view from the upstairs two porches is breathtaking! Enjoy a cocktail at the authentic, fully equipped, Tiki Bar. Once you have relaxed take the five minute walk to Times Square and visit our tropical themed shops. Prices are reasonable everywhere on the beach. Our restaurants boast many specials. If you don't eat out enjoy the well equipped kitchen or cook on the gas grill at Paradise Cove. Welcome to all our guests!
