The condo was very clean. The layout of the condo was very nice with separation between the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable but not much room to maneuver around the bedrooms. It was nice to have two en-suite bathrooms. We enjoyed the small screened patio. The air conditioning was wonderful. Overall communication with owner was good and we would consider renting again. Also, the Wawa is right behind the unit so we had easy access to snacks, drinks and gas.

This place needs to be deep cleaned. It’s so gross that I felt like I couldn’t take my shoes off inside. The carpets need to be replaced desperately. The walls need magic erased or wiped down. In generalUncomfortable due to how dirty it was.

Location was good. Close to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Cape Henlopen-good for swimming and sunrise! Loved that we could walk to Rosenburgs Deli and the Thai Restaurant (secret Sauce). Also recommend Irish Eyes in Lewes. Recommend bringing kitchen items you might need if you plan on cooking meals. There were no large bowls. Coffee pot is dual keurig and carafe. Plenty of filters for the carafe side. Beds were comfy (bring extra pillows if you like good pillows) and water was hot. Washer and dryer were great. VueStay was quick to address problems and made things fair to compensate us for inconveniences. There were only seats for 3 in living room-decent leather loveseat and comfy chair-which worked for us since there were only 3 in our group but in current pict online it looks like couch and loveseat. There are a few games. And there are 3 working smart tvs as stated. Screened in porch was nice when it wasn’t too hot, Our favorite part is the coffee kiosk on the other side of the fence. Absolutely amazing coffee!

Nice condo, if kept clean!! Many stains on carpet areas, clearly dirt on walls, as well as cracked tiles in bathroom areas. Space and location were ideal. Host always took a day or two to respond. I would suggest somewhere else unless you have pets or are in your 20’s and don’t really care.

Pros:Comfortable bedsPlenty of Towels, linens, soap and shampoo available Close to main roads Pet friendly all one floor - no stepsLarge closetsGated community, though we couldn't figure out how to use the pedestrian gate, but wasn't critical. Cons:WiFi connection on and off - found out it was plugged into light switch that needed to be turned on - was finally corrected on third day of many calls/texts, to not need the switch on. No dish cloth or sponge to wash dishes No hooks in bathroom to hang pajamas/house coatNot the most responsive to calls/texts - automated texts sent often to check on us, but when replying to it they take many hours to respond. Didn't respond to one of our calls, had better luck with texts even though that may take a few hours, one call was actually answered on first try though. (Most calls/texts where tried from 8 am to 9 pm)Narrow spaces in bedroomsNo hair dryer (brought our own)No detergent for washing clothes (though we didn't need it)All that being said, we would consider using this place again, since the biggest problem with the WiFi was fixed. (Now we know to try using the light switch next time for the router and that it is located in the bedroom)
