Spacious and comfortable
The unit was very clean and very spacious! Beds and pillows very comfortable. Called to report a few light bulbs that were out and I said no need to replace until we leave, but they were replaced same day while we were out playing tennis. Great location … next to fitness center close to outdoor pool. 10 min walk to tennis center. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Sea Colony Visit July 2022
This is our 3rd time staying at the Sea Colony resort, we’ve enjoyed it every time in terms of the accommodations and amenities offered while at the resort.
Parking is an issue if you have multiple families staying in the same facility. You get 2 parking passes if you buy 4 resort passes ($50 each for aged 2+) which are required for entry into everything on the resort campuses. We had 3 families in our party which meant 3 cars. One of the cars had to be parked off site of which we had to pay for. I bought 7 resort passes, I think if you are buying more that 4 resort passes, you should be able to get another parking pass. This was the downside of our trip for sure. Disappointing as there was ample parking at the resort.

Wonderful Beach Home!
This home gave us everything we needed to accommodate 6 adults and 2 young children. The floor plan was great, all the beds were comfortable, and my son especially loved the bunk bed.
The kitchen was stocked very well so don’t fret; you won’t need much. We brought a crock pot and an air fryer but probably didn’t truly need them. We just like to make a big batch of meatballs when we arrive and make some chicken in the air fryer to put on wraps for the beach.
The house was clean and we had no issues at all during our stay. ResortQuest does an amazing job at being extremely responsive so any issues/questions are always addressed promptly.
The fitness center is directly next door, so If you like to get a sweat on before you start the day, this is a huge perk. It’s also a very nice facility, one of the best you’ll see.
We already miss being there so much. As with any vacation, it is sad when it ends. But, there is always next year!

We have stayed at this home for the past 3 out of 4 years. It is showing some wear and tear and minor fixes need to be made. For instance, the curtain rod on front door is broken. One set of blinds in front bedroom appeared not to be working. Back porch needs multiple repairs - hole in screen, water damage. Also looks like water damage in back bedroom ceiling. Carpet in living room looked and felt dirty.
We love staying at this location but feel like it has gotten a little run down over the years and might be in need of a little maintenance!
