The Space:

This beautiful Seaside condo offers unbeatable access to laid-back coastal living, with the beach just a block away and an on-site pool steps from your door. Located on the first floor, it provides easy entry with no stairs to climb and prime proximity to the pool (please note: no elevator in the building). Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the spacious, private deck. Nearby attractions include the Sandbridge Fishing Pier and Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, both within a two-mile drive. Inside, the inviting space features refreshing coastal decor and modern furnishings designed for ultimate comfort. The full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for effortless home-cooked meals. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer, ensuring all the conveniences of home during your stay. Things to Know There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. NO Smoking. Smoking any substance is not allowed anywhere on the Seaside Condo premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.

Spacious great room and well equipped kitchen. Beach access easy! Living room furniture very comfortable! Could use some minor improvements. Would rent this condo again!

Nice and easy

The place was just right for our needs. It wasn’t right on the beach, but it was pretty close for a short walk. When we had difficulty figuring out the front door lock, the property manager was quick to respond.

Great place

This was our second stay which itself says a lot. The place is clean, convenient, and just the right size for our family of 6. It has all you need. The furniture and kitchen is typical of what you expect in a rental. It was clean and exactly what we expected. It is a condo so there is a bit of neighbor noise. Nothing extreme or unexpected- just know that you’ll hear footsteps at times or the occasional dog bark through the wall/ceiling. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo is spacious! We loved the open concept living-dining-kitchen areas. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms up-to-date. Everything was very clean, and in the cases of one burned-out light bulb and one wrong-size set of sheets, Vacasa responded promptly. Beach only a five-minute walk. We were pleased!

Great condo and location

The condo is big and clean and updated. The 3 big couches are super comfy and there are lots of big soft blankets provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there’s plenty of eating space with the big dining room table and bar seats. The beach is just a short walk across the street. The area is quiet and private and the beach isn’t crowded. There’s a little market right up the road that makes fresh donuts every day (get there early) and delicious chicken salad. As well as a Ben and Jerry’s. The only cons are that the wifi is super slow so you can’t stream anything and there aren’t a lot of channels to watch on cable. And the pool is ridiculously tiny.

Extremely disappointed in the wifi speed. My firestick kept buffering and wouldn't load mhomestreaming apps. I tested the wifi speed at less than 10 MPS. I have 250 MPS at home. I wasn't expecting that, but around 50 MPS would have been nice. I stayed in a different unit, but the same complex last year and didn't have any problems with my firestick.

Joe, we apologize for the issues you experienced with the WiFi speed. Typically this is not a problem in our home and we are so sorry for the inconvenience. The local manager has had our maintenance team do a speed test and at this time it is up to speed. We hope you will give us another chance to better impress you in the future.

Some likes and lots of dislikes

Pros: big open space; living room, dining area and kitchen have a big open area great for hanging out visiting with family. Some Soaps, shampoo provided and towels provided. Has a washer and dryer in the unit. CONS: cleanliness was horrible. The big bed in the second bedroom smelled 100% like urine. We couldn’t even use the bed. Next day we called and they send a maintenance guy who specifically said “I have no clue about house keeping, I don’t know why they sent me”, took the sheets from the bed, propped the mattress up on the footboard, handed us just a bed skirt (no clean sheets) and left us to clean up his mess including putting the mattress back. Wish I could post pictures. We just felt so gross having to sleep there with the urine smell. Random hair in the bathtub, sinks and bed. What appeared to be slim stuck to a bathroom picture. Ceiling fan caked with dust. Will not be staying there again. They were made aware of the issues and couldn’t even make a real effort to fix the urine bed problem.
