Spend your lazy summer days relaxing in this beautifully decorated three-bedroom courtyard condo, overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the pool. Summer Daze comes complete with a large-screen TV, DVD player, and a stereo in the living room, perfect for family and guest entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals, featuring top-of-the-line GE Monogram stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for a wonderful cooking experience. Enjoy comfortable dining at the formal dining room table or grab a quick snack at the bar-height granite kitchen counter stools. After a busy day at the beach, unwind on the large queen bed in the main suite, which includes a private bathroom. The flatscreen TV and DVD player offer a chance to catch up on the day’s news or relax with a favorite movie. The spacious private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or gather at the day’s end. Summer Daze is ideal for a young family, equipped with a portable crib and high chair. In the parking garage storage unit, you’ll find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler, along with ample space for all your favorite beach gear! Enjoy access to condo amenities with no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-01167 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Wonderful condo, steps from the beach. Properly appointed, had everything we need. The Sanctuary is the place to stay in Sanbridge. Family friendly, great to see all the young families.

We were there for a concert at the Amphitheater. It's a 25 minute drive but good roads and perfect for the rest of the stay! Very clean! Pools were still open end of September which surprised us (it was too cold to use them for us but youngsters did). People super friendly! We have stayed here before and will again!

Beach access is wonderful. Check in/out is a smooth process. The unit is equipped well. However, it was very rundown and dirty. Stains on all furniture, carpets and rugs. Walls had dirty marks everywhere. Not enough towels, toilet paper and garbage can liners provided. It’s the first place I’ve stayed that doesn’t have a hair dryer so plan to be your own. Elevators do not always work well either.
