The Space:

With views of the golf course, this splendid four-bedroom home is waiting to provide you with the vacation of your dreams! You'll be close to the lake beaches, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. When you're not enjoying a hot-weather hike, hang out in the living area to catch a good Netflix, HBO, or DVD movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. You'll love playing around with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and center prep island to cook up something wonderful for the family. The handsome dining table has partial bench seating and enough room for six guests, and the prep island doubles as a breakfast bar with two barstools. The furnished deck is a great place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine with friends in the evening. Take a short walk to explore all the fun on-site amenities, including a seasonal hot tub, pool & children's pool (seasonal: pool/hot tub season goes from Memorial Day to Labor Day), and gym. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes during your stay, and you'll have central AC to keep the home nice and cool on those hot summer days. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC. Boat slip Inquiries: The Boat slips come at a first come, first serve basis. There is a separate fee that is paid directly to the resort along with filling out an application to rent a dock. The Guest may contact the resort to check on availability for a dock space. This fee will be separate from the room rental.

Beautiful condo & perfect location for the golfers

We were able to check in with ease, condo was very clean & comfortably roomed 9 of us. Our group likes to golf so to be right there at your back door was absolutely perfect!!

Great Condo!

Perfect spot for our golf outing. Very clean, plenty of basic need stuff for cooking, and outstanding deck overlooking hole 1 green. We will definitely be back for our golf outing in the future.

Not returning

The washing machine didn’t work all week and we tried to contact Vacasa for a repair every single day. The sink leaked and the fix was somebody put a pot to collect the water underneath the sink, which became stagnant and disgusting. The stagnant water bread, flies and stunk up the kitchen. The overall property was nice. The kid loved the pool with the splash pad. The beach was nice, but quite far from this unit. The lake was nice and big, but brown and full of algae.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you've encountered during your stay, including the washing machine not working despite daily repair attempts, the leaking sink that caused stagnant water and flies, and the condition of the lake. This is not the relaxing getaway we want you to have, and we regret that we did not fully meet your expectations this time. We reviewed the maintenance reports, and we found that the washing machine could not be repaired during your stay because it needs to be replaced. We have also issued compensation to the credit card on file to address the inconveniences you faced. We would love the opportunity to host you again and provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Lake house hunting

Condo, pool, property were all beautiful. Restaurants on property and near by leave something to be desired. Lake access is a little tricky.

Beautiful home

Everything we needed was in the home! Plenty of toiletries, towels, and cookware! They even had a large selection of board games! The pool is located conveniently across the road.. We truly had a great stay! I do highly recommend you not try to enter before exactly 4 or after and ask about the number of the home when you enter the hall as it doesn't say DNA House and the number is totally different from the outside

Fabulous condo and location!

We loved the place a lot!! It was perfect for a family gathering. It was lovely and met our needs. We were not impressed with Vacasa - we had troubles for check in. The internet weakness made TV usage unsuccessful and DVD and HDMI cables did not work. We ran out of toilet paper. All in all though, we loved the condo itself and the location. We had a blast together!

Great Location!

House was clean and had a great sound system! Can’t beat the location on property…close to pool and grills. Kitchen is well equipped. Bring salt and pepper. Getting in was a bit of a challenge because there are two lock boxes and one garage code. We were only given a code and not told which it was for! Also, one of the key cards stopped working.

Great Place, but needs host improvement

Pros: -great space - includes toys, games, tv -quality furniture and beds/bedding -good laundry machines and detergent provided, along with drying rack -open kitchen with quality appliances -deck is great for lounging and watching people golf, sometimes we saw deer, as well. -great kids pool and regular pool; fun beach area, as well Cons: -the checkin instructions weren't very clear. The unit # given in email doesn't align with actual unit #. -when we arrived, our key card was very inconsistent and didn't work well (I think it melted in the heat a little because it was bent). We arrived around 6p and didn't get a new key card until the next day at 1p (after several failed attempts because Vacasa didn't actually know the unit # - they do now). This was a very self-serve process as I had to go to the rental office and do some back and forth (again, because Vacasa didn't know the actual unit #- they only knew the address, which I already had and strangely doesn't align with your unit #). It made me wonder what our options would have been if the key didn't work from the get go...would we have been stranded without lodging until the next day? -they should give you 2 key cards, not one -No basic kitchen condiments such as cooking oil and S&P. they should provide that or note in their unit description that they don't have it. They don't have foil, saran wrap, ziploc bags, or enough tupperware (a lot of mismatched or missing). -There's no resort map. I picked one up while getting a new key card. They talk about all the amenities, but don't provide detailed information (except for the pool info). -We wanted to bring 3 cars - I called ahead to ask if there was another parking space available but was told it wasn't an option. When I arrived, there were 3 parking passes. -Reception is spotty (we have verizon) -the top bunk mattress is too tall for the rail. It's not above the rail, but the rail didn't provide enough coverage for us to feel comfortable having our 7 or 10 y.o. sleep there. Overall, I think a lot of these issues could have been remedied with better partnering of the actual host with their 3rd party management, Vacasa. I've booked another property with Vacasa and it was great, but I think it's because the property owner did a great job setting it up. If you end up with an owner that isn't experienced at hosting, you have no contact or great intel because you're dealing with a 3rd party source and they don't know the property well.

Pantry items like oils and spices are not usually stored in the home for sanitary purposes. We encourage our guests to bring any food-related items they may need during their visit. We're always trying to improve our homes and services and rely on guest experiences to help us know how to best do that. We hope to have another opportunity to host you in the future.
