Fully equipped kitchen, 3 king bedrooms, den, family room with queen pullouts, and an optional queen blow-up mattress offer ample space. Relax in 2 full baths and a whirlpool tub. Enjoy the beach, heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground, basketball court, sand volleyball, Tiki bar, golf course, clubhouse, and fitness center. Additional perks include a gas grill, 1 tandem kayak, 2 single kayaks, bumper pool, X-box, board games, beach towels, beach cart, toys, tennis and pickleball equipment, washers game, and various athletic balls. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please start dishwasher and wash all other dishes. Start one load of towels.
Replace outdoor cushions and patio storage box.
Lock doors and return keys and wristbands to office dropbox. Checkout time is 10AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Enjoyment - quiet time after 10:00PM
Any unsafe acts or violation on condo or association rules may result in added fees and immediate termination of rental and departure.
No fire to be used in or around the property and on decks. Grills are approved on lower level and must be 10+ feet from any structure

Superb Spot and Unit!

Went there to celebrate our parents 60th anniversary and it was wonderful. The unit was even better than advertised with amenities through the roof! They had thought of everything. The spot is in the perfect location on the resort - close to pool, courts, clubhouse, etc. We all had an amazing time!

They were very insightful and have everything you would associate with a lake house. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool, splash pad and hot tub were very close. Chris is very pleasant and very quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Excellent family getaway

The property had so much to do onsite and the owners had thought of everything to enhance that experience. My kids played on the lily pad they had available for us to use on the lake for hours. We did sand volleyball, pickleball, tennis, basketball and the pool. The owners had all the activity supplies available for us to participate and have a fun time. Great stay and we highly recommend.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our stay was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with children and grandchildren. We enjoyed a variety of activities including swimming at the pool and beach, kayaking, tennis , pickleball and fishing from the shoreline. The condo is well equipped with kitchen utensils and sporting equipment. Chris, the owner, communicated before and after our stay to ensure all went well. We highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Getaway

The Penthouse was beautifully cozy with plenty of room for our group. We loved how clean everything was and well-stocked with lots of bath towels, beach towels, sheets, and extra pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals, too, and the view of the lake facing the west was spectacular!! The location is a quick walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, or playground. We'd definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone!!

Great for kids getaway

The unit was nice and spacious. There was a good mix of northwoods feel with clean and modern. I had 4 kids under 8, so the place was perfect. There were games inside and the beach, splash pad, and pool were a hit. Lots of open spaces and surprisingly not too many people around for middle of the summer. Plus Chris was very easy to work with.

Fantastic place to stay

This home exceeded my expectations. We had rented this condo for my mother’s 80th bday party. The condo is set up nicely with an elevator for some of the older family members. The rooms are big and everything was fully stocked with plenty of towels. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the porch looking at the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone. So happy we found this place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near WI Dells area.

Above and beyond

We had a wonderful stay with two families, kids from 9-12. The pent house exceeded our expectations and was fully stocked with everything we could’ve thought of including coolers, koozies, beach towels, bar tools, and kitchen supplies. Beautiful sunsets, close access to the pool and beach. We also rented a pontoon for the day and enjoyed a day on the lake! Thanks Chris!

This is a great property for an active family. You can golf, play pickleball, swim in a very nice pool and fish all in the same day. All easily within walking distance! Awesome Family Time

We chose this property for our family getaway and we were not disappointed! Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 kids, and plenty to do. The elevator was key for us as we had a disabled guest. Nice big deck with sunset views. Close to beach, pool, tennis/pickleball and playground. Fishing from shore right in front, easy access to pontoon rental. Well equipped for cooking and eating, lots of toys for playing, great location. Communication with Chris was perfect and timely. All in all just a great experience and fun for all of us.
