Situated in the heart of town, this getaway will leave you just steps away from the beach, shopping, and dining. An expansive private deck with a gas grill sets the stage for outdoor entertainment and barbecues in the newly fenced backyard. Sip coffee on the breezy screened porch and soak up some rays on the sunny upper balcony. The spacious, two-story interior comes well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen features gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher for easy home cooking and cleanup. Evenings can be enjoyed in the living area with shows and movies on the smart TV. Essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The fireplace is not aoperational. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
