Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving. All Guest must register at pool office and pay $85 recreation/parking fee for up to 6 persons/$100 for up to 8 persons per week. Pool is open Memorial Day weekend to mid to late September. If pool is not open a $40 parking fee is required. No pets please. Smoking is not allowed at the pools. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises. This bright, renovated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo offers living, dining, kitchen areas, enclosed porch and outside shower. We loved the place. Plenty of room. 2 nice pools. They had tennis and pickle ball also. Everyone was friendly. Close to Fenwick Island and to Ocean City. Really nice place to stay, we had a great week!

Nice clean property in a scenic quiet development. Great property amenities. My favorite spot was the sun porch where I spent most of every day. Eady access to nearby stores, restaurants and beaches.
Property was perfect for us. We had 2 adult couples and it was set up great for us. Beautiful sunroom and well stocked. Location is convenient to OC and is in a quiet off the road neighborhood. Only issue we almost had was that the hours of the Mallard Lakes office where you pick up your parking permit were incorrect on the information we were given which almost caused us to have to reschedule our day. I would definitely recommend checking this before going. Otherwise I would recommend staying here anytime.

Nice neighborhood
My girlfriend and I arrived last week to some beautiful September weather. However the upstairs bedroom windows would not open and it would’ve been wonderful to have that fresh air coming in. otherwise nice place to stay

Home was fine, Vacasa made it much worse.
Im still bewildered at the twenty different agreements this listing expected me to have signed before arrival. Not even close to straightforward, and Vacasa tried upcharging me for fees I didn’t even need to pay.

Kitchen needed more cleaning, and Vacasa made check in really confusing. They tried to demand I pay an additional fee despite listing saying that all fees were included in the price. The home was solid for the price, but would avoid again because of how they handled everything.

House nice, Vacasa staff not responsive.
The house was well kept and clean. Stocked well. However we had no bathtub all weekend and the staff never came to fix it after reaching out multiple times for help. They also never came and fixed the television after asking multiple times too. Very disappointed in the local staff.

Poor customer service
Good location Close to Freeman’s Art Center for concerts.
Property is a bit dated but clean.
Management company is very poor in communication and service. Wifi didn’t work and no one answered the phone on hotline and after several massages was promised a called from a manager but nothing so had no wifi for entire stay. Very Poor customer service. Plus check-in inconvenient as need to collect keys at another location.
