Apartment 015 Seaside directly on the beach

Welcome to Apartment No. 015. The apartment is located in the first row of townhouses in a well-maintained vacation complex right on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in Sierksdorf. The partially covered and furnished terrace, facing southeast, offers you a sheltered outdoor space with sun protection, from which you can enjoy the ocean view and the sunrise.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase from the front entrance. The kitchen has a serving hatch leading to the nautically themed living and dining room and is equipped with a stove, oven, and dishwasher. The bedrooms have a skylight that opens. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), and the second has a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 190 cm). The bathroom is located inside the apartment and features a shower. The apartment is fully tiled and modernly furnished. From the living room to the terrace and then across the lawn directly to the beach—relaxation couldn’t start any faster! Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Up to two dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register them in advance.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
