Located in a premier lakefront building just steps from the water and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

This spacious condo features a well-designed layout with 2 bedrooms, a den, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom also features a queen bed. The den is enclosed with sliding barn doors and includes a sofa that converts into a twin bed, ideal for 1 guest. The living room also offers a convertible sofa (double bed size) for additional sleeping space.

All bedrooms and the den open directly onto the wrap-around deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living throughout the suite. Enjoy both lake and mountain views from multiple vantage points.

A standout feature of this unit is its direct access from the patio to the building’s exterior staircase, allowing you to walk straight down to street level without needing to go through the lobby or use the elevator—an added convenience for easy coming and going.
